Behamics is a novel solution in solving the biggest challenge in eCommerce, the cart abandonment. Around 70% of carts are abandoned leading to billions in revenue losses. The mainstream approach to reducing cart abandonment requires providing coupons to customers which leads to margin erosion.
Behamics approach to prevent cart abandonment, on the other hand, applies Artificial Intelligence to predict the reason the customer would abandon the cart before they do it and displays behavioral messages to help the customer avoid actions or decisions that could lead to leaving the store without purchasing.
Behamics is delivering great results in saving sales and increasing revenue up to 20%.
