Murray Indick is a partner in the firm’s Corporate Department and Co-chair of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice. Murray has more than thirty years of corporate law, investment fund and related experience, both in private practice and as partner and general counsel to Blum Capital Partners (1997-2004), and partner and general counsel to Prides Capital Partners (2004-2010). In aggregate, those firms raised and deployed approximately $6 billion during his tenure, and made investments around the world. In 2015, Murray was one of just 12 attorneys from the Bay Area named to BTI Consulting Group’s list of “Client Service All-Stars.” Chambers USA and Legal 500 have recognized Murray as a national leading lawyer for Startups and Emerging Companies.
