From Stanford Research Institute to Fortune 50 executive (SBC, Nortel Networks, Bell Canada) to Venture Capital backed technology start up CEO, Gwen has been both a business builder as an “intrapreneur” as well as an entrepreneur with venture capital backing. She now unites the knowledge of successful brands, experience with scale, and the skills of managing innovation with a deep understanding of what it takes to successfully invest in new innovative companies. She has led educational programs with other angels and entrepreneurs from Jordan to Malaysia – in over 14 countries.  Since 2001 Gwen has been working in advisory capacities with angel and venture backed companies assisting with capital formation, key milestone achievement to enhance value, developing target market strategies, cultivating customer input, and assisting in the execution of key deliverables. Prior Gwen was CEO of Middlewire, President of Pacific Bell Network integration and Business Internet Services and Vice President of Sales for Nortel Networks.

She is an active angel investor.

Michael Perry
Entrepreneur and angel investor.
Previously he was the Director of Product and the Director of Ping at Shopify.
At Shopify he specialized on product development for SMBs as it relates to tools that would simplify marketing and conversational commerce. He is the founder of Kit, the virtual employee app for small businesses, which was acquired by Shopify in 2016. Prior to founding Kit, Perry founded GVING, which helps small businesses manage, reward and engage consumers through a merchant CRM system. Michael has been recognized as Forbes top 30 under 30 in Marketing and Inc Magazines top 10 influencers in the Chatbot space. He was recently named a top 20 Marketing Executive by Business Insider

Duncan Logan is Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member at Nex Cubed, an investor and innovation partner to Startups, Corporates and Governments. Formerly Logan was the Founder and CEO of RocketSpace, a San Francisco-based technology campus and accelerator. RocketSpace fueled the success of more than 1,000 startups, including 18 unicorns that have raised more than $21b, such as Uber, Spotify and Leap Motion. At 24, Logan started his first company, CITYPRO International, which he sold to ASAP Pic in 2000 after building it up to $8m in revenue over three short years. In 2002, Logan joined MessageLabs, a SAAS security startup he helped build until it was sold to Symantec in 2008 for $700m.
